Because of its town centre location the apartment windows are double-glazed. However, traffic noise during the day and revelry noise at weekends is to be expected, until the pubs close at about 1am.

Rusheyhill Loft, is in Rusheyhill Apiary, a private eco-friendly conservation/biodiversity/project. We keep and breed the native Irish Honeybee. We have 10 acres of wildflower meadows and forest in a secluded rural location near Ballymoney and only a short distance from the famous North Coast. The loft is the only guest house and is detached from the main house. It’s large 8mx1.5m picture window has uninterrupted views and isn’t overlooked.
