A very unique double bed ensuite room with WiFi, Smart TV, Bar Snug ,Fridge with Tea & Coffee facilities situated on the Wild Atlantic Way on the Loop Head Peninsula in the quaint fishing village of Carrigaholt .Dating from 1894 Blakes is metres from the waters edge. The Building has been used in 2 Movies and actual props hang proudly inside.Only a minutes walk away are Keanes Bar,Morrisseys Village Bar,The award winning Long Dock Restaurant (winter hours vary)Carmodys Bar and Barn Yard.

The Old Post Office is bright and modern, situated in the heart of Doonbeg - a small and charming seaside village in West Clare which acts as a wonderful base for touring the county. It is only a few minutes drive to Spanish Point and Miltown Malbay and is centrally located to tour around all the lovely west coast of Clare. Also an ideal location to stay while attending weddings in the Armada and Bellbridge Hotels and so central for the Willie Clancy festival. We have stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island , the Aran Islands and Mount Callan.
