Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Step out the front door onto the Mile with its historic attractions or immerse yourself in the city's ancient brewing tradition at the Smithwick’s brewery just up the street. Set in the bustling city centre with its many cafes, shops, and restaurants, all within a very short walking distance. Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House, St Canice's Cathedral, the Black Abbey and Smithwick's Brewery are just steps from the front door.

Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Just 5 mins from Mount Juliet Golf Resort, Castlemorris Woods and the charming town of Thomastown, Mountain View Markets are a short drive away and we are 20 mins from Kilkenny for shopping and just 5 minutes off the motorway. You will be spoilt for choice with things to do! *Please note, our private dwelling is located directly beside the lodge.

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own small private garden.
