This is a recent new build house finished to the highest spec with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It really is a home from home. Please feel free to use anything in the cupboards like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, rice, pasta etc rather than bringing or buying unnecessarily. Check in and check out can be totally flexible depending on other bookings either side. Please just ask and we will try to facilitate.

“Seaside House" Hot Tub and Free EV Charger

"Seaside House" in the village of Portballintrae is located close to the Giants Causeway and a few miles from Royal Portrush Golf Club, Bushmills Distillery, Carrick-a- Rede rope bridge and Dunluce Castle. The village has it's own beaches and 2 restaurants and bars. I only accept bookings for a maximum of 4 adults or families of 4 and the house is not suitable for young children aged 7 or under.

Self Catering Apartment

Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.

Kingfisher Cottage

Delightful one bedroom cottage set in owners large private garden. Located on the picturesque scenic route between Lisnarick and Kesh, less than 500 meters from Lough Erne. Access to our privately owned marina and slipway across the road from the cottage can be organised by prior arrangement for those wishing to bring their boat or fish from the jetties.
