Beautifully restored townhouse in centre of town, literally a stones throw to the Opera House and all the shops, restaurants and pubs within a short stroll. Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available nearby in Rowe Street car park €9 per 24 hrs. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beautiful and quiet beach at St Helens bay and golf course. I teach Pilates, face yoga and offer a natural face lift massage in my studio on site for an additional fee. Friendly dog who will say hello, cats, chickens on site. Outside seating.

Enter through your private door into a small living room with comfy sofa & smart TV.. Facilities include a microwave, toaster, fridge & kettle. There is no sink in this room but water & basin in the adjacent private bathroom. Down your hall the bedroom has a king size bed, two East facing windows. Outside there is seating to relax. You have privacy from adjoining cottage, own entrance and locked hallway. NOTE. BnB is part of another cottage. Separate entrance and closed off.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

"Town House" is located just a short walk from Borris House and the Step House Hotel. The property is surrounded by beautiful parkland, river walks and scenic countryside views. Despite the peaceful setting, the house is very central with pubs, shops, bank and church all within walking distance. Guests enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, outdoor space, friendly local community and convenient street parking. The house is is an ideal base for exploring the area.
