As Lainey's place is a family home. On occasions, grandchildren are on site visiting, so be prepared for some squeals of laughter and joyous sounds.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Despite the peaceful setting, the house is very central with pubs, shops, bank and church all within walking distance.
