Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

Set 1km from the beautiful town of Graiguenamanagh at the foothills of Brandon, packed with fun and adventure to suit any age group ( canoeing, hiking, beautiful walkways, cycling and so much more). The town is host to the beautiful Duiske Abbey and many more events and activities throughout the year. It is situated on the river Barrow and is in a very central location.

The Perch, a stone walled cottage in tiny Kilquiggin village overlooks the rolling hills of Counties Wicklow, Wexford and Carlow. Beside the Wicklow Way 7km south of Shillelagh. Dog friendly. Convenient to Ballybeg House, Lisnavagh House and Mount Wolseley. One large double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs, which sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Large bathroom. "Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

We are in close proximity to a number of 18 hole golf courses and a par 3 for the novices.In Graiguenamanagh we have canoeing plus other water sports with "Pure Adventure "on the river Barrow, Bike Hire to explore the beautiful countryside which surrounds us ,Hill Walking on the Blackstairs Mountain Range and Brandon Hill we also have beautiful walks along the River Barrow, Pottery Making, Horse Riding also in the area are a number of soft play areas for Children.

Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away (20 minutes to Wexford town) and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.

The Lodge at The Silver Mine
