Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Listen to the birds and wildlife on the back patio overlooking a preserved farm acreage. When not using the home for our family, we love to share it with others to experience a place to gather.

Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.
