Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Peaceful Parkside Cottage

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. Cosy rustic treehouse style cabin in the forest. Full kitchen, steeper staircase to 2nd floor. Outside deck area for great tree top views. Climb a ladder to a unique sleeping platform. Separate outhouse with hot shower. Rural location near easy walking trails, bird watching , biking and swimming. Excellent location for writers, artists and nature lovers. Non smoking only! Not suitable for children under 12, or anyone with limited mobility.

Gorgeous ocean view from inside or on the large sunny deck. The view stretches across the water to Hornby and Denman islands. Watch the sun rise, the wind tossing the waves ashore or walk across the road to the beach. It is a nice swimming beach.Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.

Welcome to Slug Trail Ranch, and our newly built self contained suite. We are a quiet, serene rural location in west Courtenay, close to downtown. Located on 5 acres of land close to all amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. Come say "hello" to our horses, chickens and friendly dogs. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15/ night per pet cleaning fee. Come say "howdy". Happy hour is 5pm, weather permitting.
