You'll have the entire lower floor of our split level house to yourself - a full suite complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and outdoor patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Pine View

The suite is a one-of-a-kind private & fully equipped 1-bedroom suite. It resides in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful forest views and glimpses of the ocean & mountains. A king-size bed, comfortable couch, smart TV, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with a tub and shower are all included in this spacious suite. Outside the suite there is a garden and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee while viewing the forest and listening to bird sounds.

The Eagle's Nest is an entirely private, gorgeously renovated kitchenette suite at tree top level, filled with light, with brand new bathroom, amenities, and comfort. Private deck and sweeping, one of a kind views of the Strait of Georgia, the coastal mountains, passing deer, eagles overhead, and the sounds of waves and seals from the beach below. We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.
