✨Hi friends… We’re Jacob and Sandra, hosting has been a big part of our lives for over 11 years now, and it’s something we truly love. We’ve met incredible people from all walks of life and cultures, and each guest leaves a special mark on our story. When we’re not hosting, we love projects that make our home and spaces feel warm and inviting. Interior design is a passion of ours, and we’ve poured that love into making The TenMile House cozy, comfortable, and full of character for our guests!

Only 8-minute walk to a fabulous white sand beach in the heart of PEI National Park, from where you can start to explore and enjoy miles of fantastic sand beaches and amazing dunes. Minutes to the paved two-way walking/biking trail in the national park that twins the picturesque Gulf Shore Parkway. Close to a lot of attractions. On the border of National Park, surrounded by pine trees, Parkside Cottages & Suites is a nice, quiet, clean and safe place. Perfect for summer vacations or retreats.

奇迹小屋 - Memory Lane Cabin

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

(License #2203212) Relax and rejuvenate in this private beachfront 2-bed, 1-bath modern cottage at the end of Point Prim peninsula. Sliding glass doors open to stunning water and wildlife views. Direct private beach access lets you walk the shore at low tide, dig for clams, or swim. A 10-minute walk to Point Prim Lighthouse & Chowder House. Enjoy sunroom, outdoor shower, fire pit, two city bikes, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi. Perfect for nature lovers and peaceful getaways.

Cozy and inviting tiny home full of character, located right beside the fisherman’s wharf with a spectacular harbour view. Just a short walk to local amenities, this charming retreat offers a true fisherman’s shanty experience. Once owned by a North Shore fisherman, it’s now ready to welcome guests to enjoy the best of North Rustico. Please note: 600 sq. ft. of living space with a head clearance of 6’3” in the main bedroom. Doorways are slightly lower at 6 feet.

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Steel Away（乡村小屋）

We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.

This 2 bedroom sleeps 6, with 2 additional twin beds in the loft. Self-check-in available. Wifi, full kitchen, AC, heat, washer/dryer. Available all seasons. Close to several local attractions and golf courses. July/August there is a seven night minimum stay.
