The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Seaside coastal retreat, sea & sunsets, EV charger

Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

A very light and airy first floor flat with a large living room, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. A small balcony on the front of the flat looks down to the sea.

Wight Cottage is in St Mary's Road, a quiet neighbourhood close to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Cowes High Street. Next available dates for Wight Cottage are in May 2027. You'll appreciate the careful refurbishment of this 175 year old shipwright's house. In the summer you can throw open the French windows to a sunny garden. In the winter underfloor heating will keep you warm. Wight Cottage is just a few minutes walk from the marinas in Cowes. Perfect for a Cowes sailing event.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

Pebble Beach Hideaway, minutes from Seafront

Pebble Beach, is a self contained chalet with king size bed and spacious shower room. Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. Nicely tucked away by Gurnard Seafront.

Riverside Mews, 5 Seymour Court is right on the River Medina with far reaching views across the Solent. The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Cozy cottage with sea views and off street parking

Built in 1882, our lovely cottage is a former coastguard cottage located in a row of 14 made of a number of holiday homes and permanent homes to local families. The inside of the cottage is very well appointed and very cozy. The west facing garden deck provides a good size outdoor area to sit and take in the fantastic views of Cowes harbour, the Solent beyond and the amazing sunsets. You will have access to a dedicated off street parking space.
