Safe Haven on the lake!

We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. No children under 10 please.

Experience Newnan, GA, from this charming studio apartment that will leave you in awe with its comfort and convenience levels. Its pleasant location allows you to escape the big crowds while being 6 minutes from the booming downtown area with all the entertainment, attractions and landmarks. There are six National Register Historic Districts containing some of Geogia's most beautiful homes and commercial buildings. It includes Antebellum and Victorian homes and the McRitchie Hollis Museum.

The beautiful wooded lake view will calm your spirit and the peaceful vibe will inspire your creativity. You are renting the entire apartment and it is very private. The light filled apartment overlooks 35 wooded acres and a private lake. This stylish place to stay is perfect for singles or a couple. It will sleep 4 but only has one bathroom. Quiet lake community located minutes from 85, centrally located to Newnan, Senoia and Peachtree City. Great longer term space for those working in the area. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit which can be rented as well to have the entire home for a larger group. Perfect for traveling nurses or corporate retreats. Age 25 to book.

Hummingbird Hideaway in Newnan, GA - Sleeps 6!

Enjoy all that Newnan has to offer in this quiet, lake community just 30 minutes south of ATL. Hummingbird Hideaway is just 2.5 miles to the historic Newnan Square (boasting numerous eateries and boutiques), 5 miles to City of Hope (Cancer Treatment Center), 1.7 miles to Ashley Park (Newnan’s outdoor shopping center) and 30 minutes to Peachtree City or Senoia. During summer months, expect to see numerous hummingbirds who love to eat local!
