The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. This is the perfect place for couples (or small families) with 1 quiet well behaved dog. Townhome includes a well supplied full kitchen, TV, WiFi, queen sofa sleeper & easy parking. The location is close to skiing at Mt Werner, bike path along the Yampa River and is on the bus line for convenience to shops and restaurants.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.
