The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes. High specification two bedroom cottage on the edge of Crantock. Rural setting with fantastic outlook but still close enough to the village to stroll to the pubs, shop and beautiful Crantock beach. The Cottage has been furnished to a very high standard. Exclusive use of a large garden and bbq area, as well as plenty of parking space. We can only offer 7 day bookings during the school summer holidays (Friday changeover).
