Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Welcome to our ground floor light & modern 1-bed flat with its own front door, private off road parking space & small patio. It’s on a quiet no through lane, close to Newquay town centre and beaches. A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes.
