Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Located in the heart of New Bern, the colonial capital of North Carolina, 301 on Hancock Street offers an opportunity to experience a fully restored 1849 dwelling with updated amenities. The structure originally served as the dependency for the Edward R Stanley house, offices were located in the front of the upper and lower floors with kitchen, laundry and enslaved quarters to the rear. 301 on Hancock is only a block from Tryon Palace as well as restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
