A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Enjoy nature, the woods and maybe even some wildlife while you are visiting.

There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is located about 4 miles outside of Meadville, but still on a main road. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. There is a large backyard with apple trees and blueberries as well as a place to cook outside. The house gets water from its own well, which is hard water in this area. There is a window A/C in the large upstairs bedroom and plenty of fans and windows. Overall, just a great place to enjoy.
