The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view.
