The Red Lion serves great food and the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs and cafes. Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton & Chatsworth are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

Cosy Peak District Cottage In Little Longstone

A peaceful countryside haven in the heart of the Peak District. My place is a much loved authentic stone built Derbyshire cottage with 100s of years of history. It is located in the picturesque village of Longstone. Close to the Monsal Trail, Bakewell and a traditional country pub you'll experience the Peak District at its best. My cottage is comfortable and welcoming, very quiet, clean and stylish. There is ample parking on the road, storage for bikes and beautiful views from each room.

Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car highly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
