There are challenging cycling routes and wonderful woodland walks close by, as well as some notable Munros to the north, including Ben Lawers. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.

The Annexe overlooks the privately owned Cowden Loch and has front row seat views of the mountains surrounding the tranquil village of Comrie in Perthshire. Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities.
