300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

Quiet Neighborhood 7 Miles From the Beaches

Be sure to read about the pricing using both bedrooms below in 2nd paragraph. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Peaceful beach @Courtyard Cottage+No Cleaning Fee!

There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. A past guest wrote, "This place brings beach home nostalgia, peace, and a time to relax". No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm.

We offer keyless entry and a private parking space, private pool and backyard grill area. All are welcome here, including pets. We ask that you tell us if you are bringing a pet(s) and I'll message you about the added pet fee. We are minutes away from all major attractions and less than 5 minutes from major highways. Our location gives you easy access to the Outer Banks.

Location, Location, location! This spacious beautifully decorated 2-bedroom (each with ensuite baths) condo is near Rudee Inlet and all oceanfront activities. Walk across the street & relax on the beach, dine at great restaurants, walk under the bridge next to the city parking lot to enjoy all the water activities that originate from Rudee Inlet (i.e. Dolphin/Whale Watching Tours, Sunset cocktails), or relax on the balcony. Va.Beach/Oceanfront Studio, Boardwalk, Beach, Pool

Nestled on the desirable north end of the boardwalk, close to the area’s best attractions, the top restaurants and bars. Just steps to the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Enjoy a nice meal or a early morning cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our studio includes a reserved parking space, saltwater pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family.

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.

2 Bedroom Condo ONE Block from the Oceanfront

Come enjoy a Virginia Beach vacation ONE block from the oceanfront and boardwalk. Our 2 bedroom condo accommodates 4 adults and is also perfect for families. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, Amusement parks, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family.

Enjoy beach life, hiking and biking near the Chesapeake Bay in a spacious fully furnished studio with a private entrance and private bath in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with one dedicated parking space as well. Five minute walk to the beach and First Landing State Park with hiking, biking, running trails, locally owned restaurants, bars, shops, breweries, grocery, pharmacy, farmer's market and yoga studio.
