Listen to the coyote's howl, campfires burn bright, and night sky's brindle with the twinkle of distant stars and fireflies. Daytime, pull on your hiking boots and enjoy the nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires & memories abound! Hosts live on property/avail 24/7.

Little House On The Quarry

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, wild and domestic birds, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to LOVE. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Firewood and coffee provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

You'll enjoy a bird’s eye view of Putnam and Overton counties, all from an elevation of approximately 2,000 ft. Wildlife, peacefulness, and tranquility meet modern amenities in this new (2020) concrete log home!

Raspberry Briar Cottage

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Elevated eco cabin overlooking a beautiful stream.

An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.

Dalton Farm-quiet, country setting w/ fishing pond

Welcome to the Dalton Farm! Located 1.5 miles from Peavine Road exit off of I-40 and 7 miles from Fairfield Glade Golf Resort in Crossville. Farm is very private and has been in the family for 50 years. Guests will have access to a pool room, laundry room, full size kitchen and fully stocked fishing pond (no swimming)! Near to many local restaurants, antique shops, hiking and golfing communites! Property is perfect for your next family getaway!

1 king bed, 1 queen fold-out couch, dedicated workspace. Take it easy at this tranquil and cozy getaway surrounded by a sheep meadow, just 2 miles from I-40. Fishing pond available upon request. We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
