A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. The main living quarters do have dogs that are well behaved and quiet. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out.

This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. The cabin sets on 20 private acres for an additional fee that is available to be hunted and is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.

We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
