This colourful and comfy flat has excellent connections via train and overground to Central London and Gatwick airport (both just 15mins away). The Town Centre is a 5min walk away and there are buses to Crystal Palace directly outside the flat. East Croydon station also has direct trains to Brighton and Cambridge if you fancy a day trip. Enjoy a morning coffee in the backyard, and look forward to relaxing evenings on the big sofa with Netflix, and then a comfy sleep in the super king size bed.

Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.
