Un baño con agua fría y caliente; cocina equipada con todo para la elaboración de alimentos (microondas, cafetera, tostadora, ollas, fogón de gas, refrigerador), una pequeña mesa plegable y tres taburetes para comer, uso de la lavadora. Una terraza común rodeada de plantas con sillones, mesa y sillas y un hermoso jardín.
