Villa Coco est une propriété conçue exclusivement pour la location de vacances, située dans la baie calme et paisible de Cul-de-Sac, face au célèbre îlet Pinel. La villa comprend 3 chambres : une chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée, et deux chambres partageant une salle de bain. L'une de ces deux chambres possède un lit king size, l'autre peut être aménagée avec un lit king ou deux lits simples/ L'une de ces chambres dispose d'une mezzanine avec un lit simple.
