If you just want a break there are wide open spaces for walking, and quiet roads for cycling. The property is about 1 hour from Albury, Wagga Wagga, the Hume Weir and numerous wineries, and 3 hours to Victorian and NSW snowfields.

Due to the natural bush setting, creek, uneven terrain and wood fire, it's not suitable for children under 12.
