It is fully updated, comfortable, and quiet, with 3 guest rooms and 1.5 baths. We are 5 minutes away from both the Shawnee Peak ski area and the quaint village of Bridgton (plenty of shopping, restaurants, a great theater, and recreational opportunities). Within an hour’s drive are several ski areas. (Consider the Nautical room next to this room, too)

Portland downtown and Old Port are only 3 miles away, and the famous Greenbelt trail for walking and biking is across the street, as is the local bus stop.

The kitchen, deck living room areas are all shared spaces. Enjoy a late night snack or some traditional New England Popovers for breakfast. Pet friendly for a small additional cost.

Your host Amy welcomes guests to her small working goat farm. Fern Hill Farm is located in the heart of the lakes region. It is only a few miles from downtown Naples, but off the beaten path. You can relax by the wood stove in the winter or on the back porch in the summer. You are welcome to interact with the goats, chickens and cats. Well behaved pets are welcome. Amy is a professional chef who serves homemade breakfasts made with fresh farm ingredients

Just minutes from the bridge into Portland. Easy access to the highway and the airport. I have a cape style house with plenty of parking. Large fenced in backyard for your dog and a picnic table for your meals. I can not allow access to my living space at this time.
