A historical triplex built in the early 1900’s that has recently been completely renovated to bring the perfect mix of old and new. Right down the steps, you are walking distance to a beautiful park, shops, dining, and live theater.

The suite is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others.
