One of two shepherd's huts located on our traditional working hill farm in the stunning Wasdale valley. The huts have everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful part of the world. Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

The Lady of the Lake Windermere

The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the hills. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends and families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. A luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower are available (charged separately) Art classes and treatments also available

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Cottage with hot tub at Linden Farm House

This contemporary luxury cottage sits in 10 acres of private gardens, woodlands, lake and tennis court. With views to the gardens, the lake and the Pennine fells this peaceful retreat is perfect for relaxing, wildlife watching, star gazing and walking. The local Inn serves great food and historic Penrith with restaurants and shopping is a short drive away. A truly special location with the Lake District nearby. The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space! There is a private sunny terrace garden covered in clematis and wisteria with views of the fells and the rooftops. Restaurants, pubs, shops and walks are on your doorstep. No need for a car!

The Vale of Lorton is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the Lakes, ranging from the flat farmland and Gem town of Cockermouth at one end to the rugged mountains and Buttermere at the other. The tranquil setting of The Spinney, above the River Cocker, with spectacular views over to Whinlatter, is an ideal location to explore the north western Lakes. Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
