Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Short stroll, cycle or drive takes you into the heart of the city. The Perch riverside restaurant/pub 1 min walk and Waitrose superstore 5 min drive.

It is in the grounds of a converted barn with shops and pubs nearby offering evening options. Or the TV and broadband will enable you to have a cosy night in. A fresh and tasty continental breakfast will be brought to your door in the morning! There are a variety of walks through woods and fields to explore as well as the many famous local attractions.

Cozy Cottage | Central Oxford | Jericho

Superb prime central Oxford location, a *very* quiet street in the heart of Jericho behind the Oxford Uni Press. Small 48m2 19th century house in a redbrick terrace. Self-check-in from 08:00. Very clean. Large desk. Reliable broadband. Netflix. Two toilets. Pretty garden. Great local restaurants, cafés, delis, etc. Ashmolean and Port Meadow both a short walk. Local supermarket 1min, city centre 10min. I'm a local superhost with 11 years' experience, not an agent.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

The Old Barn, historic Fyfield, Oxfordshire

Lovely, cosy independent apartment on two floors in 15th century thatched farmhouse, set in the heart of the historic village of Fyfield. Play area for toddlers in beautiful garden. The Thames riverside walk is a short walk away through the village. Oxford city centre is less than 20 minutes by car or bus (from every 20 minutes). Multi-award winning 16th century White Hart Public House and restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.

The accommodation is situated in the grounds of a riverside manor farm bordering the River Thames and is close to Oxford (on a direct bus route), Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds.
