The villa is surrounded by two of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles, the Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio beach. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, takeaway food shop and the airport. Praslin island is only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe and is well located to explore the other surrounding islands

This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

The Seahorse is a charming one-bedroom house designed and built by Raymond Dubuisson, a renowned artist on Praslin Island. It is situated in the most Idyllic area of Praslin. The Seahorse is a beachfront property with spectacular views. It has views of the nearby Ile Malice The Sisters, Coco and Felicité islands. The Villa is in a very tranquil surrounding and the area is renowed for it's snorkeling, large variety of beautiful fishes, dolphins, rays and Hawksbill turtles.

Each unit is fully air-conditioned and equipped with various modern amenities such as ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with 22 cable TV channels, refrigerator and freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker that will help make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay.

Le Port Guest House（适合情侣的单间公寓）

The studio is for couples or two persons at a time. It has a sea view and is practically on the little beach called Anse D'amour which means love beach. The harbour where Cat Cocos/Cat Rose berths is 5mins walk from our place. The bus stop is just across the road from the studio andyou will find it very easy to get around by bus. There's two grocery stores close by,one across the street and the other, 1 minute walk away .

Chalet Kokorouz 1（Bois d'Amour）

This holiday home is part of a family-run accommodation with only three traditional chalets in a large garden. Enjoy true island feeling from your open veranda with wooden floor and handmade furniture in a tropical garden with rare fruits and colourful flowers. The surroundings are village-like, there are small shops, a restaurant and two takeaways close to the accommodation, the sea is one kilometre away.

Our two garden villas are situated at the entrance to the property and please note they do not have a sea view. The sea is at the end of the property 150 metres walk down the garden from the villa. Our clients love the private beach area at the end of the property where they can access the sea and sun loungers and enjoy beautiful sunsets!
