Boudoir on Bryce St is a 350m walk to gorgeous Moffat Beach & Eleanor Shipley Park. A pleasant stroll down Bryce St gets you there, alternatively a walk along the creek & under Tooway bridge provides an alternative, with no need to cross a road. Set in our back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our cosy, quiet & comfortable Boudoir. This space will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. We hope to welcome visitors to the area to share in what we like to call Home.

Modern decorated, self contained granny flat downstairs of main house, own entrance . Granny flat has own kitchen facilities, separate bedroom, living area, bathroom and private outdoor area. Cook with hotplates, mini airfryer, microwave or electric BBQ outside. Coffee machine for "coffee lovers". Comfortable lounge suite with wall-mounted TV, dining suite for 2 and desk for study purposes. Internet. Beach towels available as home short stroll to beach. Washing machine. Shopping market nearby.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. It's all at your doorstep!

It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.
