A relaxing private studio apartment located on a dead-end street. Just a 5-minute walk down a tree lined path to the ocean. We offer a nice back yard you're fur babies. We have a nice size outdoor shower with a beautiful antique claw foot tub to soak in. The apartment is about 550 sq. feet and has plenty of cookware. Air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, small indoor grill microwave, and fridge. All water is filtered as we have a large water filter. 2 guests only. Dogs only.

Rent 5 nights? Pay for 4. Rent 7 nights? Pay for 6, etc. (The free night must be used during the same stay.)

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

Perfectly located semi-ocean front vacation home, only 250 feet from beach observation deck and crossover. This home is set up with amenities for families and is a single level with no steps to climb. Home sleeps a total of 6 people, two in master bedroom with king bed, two in a second bedroom with queen bed, and two in a twin bunk bed with double trundle bed. Master bedroom has a private full bath and an additional full bath is located off the main hallway.

My well equipped one room bungalow sits right on the beach overlooking the confluence of the North River and the Albermarle Sound. Relax on your private beach and take in amazing sunsets or jump in a kayak and you are just minutes away from unspoiled shorelines with Cypress tree filled coves and miles long pristine undeveloped beaches. Enjoy this quiet, private location with the Outer Banks beaches and attractions only about 15 minutes away. Pet friendy.
