Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, seperate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study, sofa bed & self inflating bed (linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck. A true countryside escape.

Gold Coast Beach Front House

This stunning Beach House is an oasis of comfort & style "ON THE BEACH". A hidden gem, retaining the charm of a traditional beach house. This house is located in an exclusive beachfront area amongst private beach front homes. As a courtesy to neighbours the following rules will apply as a condition of hire. No functions or parties permitted or gathering of people - Max 7 guests to sleep Max 12 guests during the day including children and guests.
