RV camper that sits on a private permaculture homestead. Sleeps 4 comfortably with an addition small couch bed. Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Enjoy nearby kayaking/ river activities, 20 minutes from a busy town with lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars. We are 420 friendly. Lots of animals for viewing.

A on Thirty Acres, Township of Branch

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Salt City Lodge

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

A full kitchen and gorgeous view of the river. A great home base to enjoy all the activities available to you. It is also a wonderful place to relax in the hammock by the river. Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.
