It’s a modern, light and airy 50 sqm floor/apartment with a wonderful 70 sqm private garden with dinner table, umbrella, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 meters from the award-winning beach. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. We will be happy to provide local advice and answer any questions guests may have. We speak fluent English and French.

Dieses Zimmer im Haus Christo am Meer hat keinen direkten Meerblick Es sind aber nur wenige Schritte zum kleinen Strand, unseren Sitzplätzen mit Grillplatz am Meer mit Sonnenuntergang .Es ist einfach/traditionell, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Modernen Chic gibt es woanders. Vorhanden sind: Kühlschrank , Wasserkocher, Toaster, Zweiflammenkocher und Kochutensilien.. Bei ruhigem Wetter können unsere Gäste 2 Kajaks benutzen (nach Absprache). Es gibt kein Fernsehen (außer vom Strand aufs Meer).

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο Χώρας-Γλυφάδας.Υπάρχει η παραλία Γλυφάδα με μόλις πέντε λεπτά περπάτημα από το κατάλυμα. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τις μαγευτικές παραλίες του Αλυκού και της πολυφημισμένης Χαβάης ,καθώς και από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες τις Μικρής Βίγλας, Παρθένας και Ορκού. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
