A private road leads you to the house, you can walk to two nature beaches from the house in 2 or 4 min. All there what you need. You will relax from the very first moment. Very silent and the ferry boat goes every 15 min to the main land.

Our open plan - studio type apartment with one bed, one pull out bed, and one bathroom was carved out of the mountain side 200 years ago! It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Fistiki House - beautiful place, great location!

Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. There is a patio area to relax in the evening an outdoor shower.

Villa Allegra

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
