Your family & pet can enjoy the hang gliders soaring above from the comfort of our air conditioned cedar sleep pods, tree-deck, fire pit & trails. Would you like to hang glide right over Canopy Experience hiking on our Canopy Property shared 22 acre trail system while playing our treasure hunt game GeoCanopy. Close proximity to popular attractions Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City and Chattanooga.

Big Living in the Little House

Stay in the country and still eat well. We pay your first $40 for meal delivery per visit, $10 per day after. Pool included for $25 per stay to help with maintenance and chemicals. Trade traffic jams for 2 lane country. Only 10-20 min from downtown. But what we call “going to town” is driving to Flinstone for gas or church. Near Chattanooga, hiking, hang gliding, 10-20 min to Cloudland Canyon, Rock City, Incline, Sunset Rock, Ruby Falls, TN Aquarium, with Lookout Mtn’s bluffs as backdrop

If you're in search of an adventure, the Lookout Mountain hang gliding ramp and Cloudland Canyon are just minutes away. Located at Cloudland are several pristine waterfalls to swim in and hike around. We are just 5 minutes away from Covenant College. If you are looking to experience the local cuisine and breweries, downtown Chattanooga is only 30 mins away!

Enjoy sunset views from the bluff of Lookout Mtn. A cozy tiny house complete with outdoor fire pit and seating area located just off of scenic highway. Comfortably sleeps two in loft area bed. The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, measuring cups

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to sign a waiver.

The Barn Guesthouse on Lookout Mountain

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It is a luxurious getaway on Lookout Mountain. It's a guesthouse next to my home that offers lots of privacy and incredible wooded views. The home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a small community feel.

Redbud Tiny Home with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

This adorable tiny home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain with beautiful panoramic views and a hot tub. Tucked between beautiful, green pastures with goats and chickens browsing close by. Look up and you will see the hang gliding launch and the air dotted with hang gliders and paragliders soaring up to the clouds. The spacious deck affords great views of the mountain and the nearby fire pit the perfect place to relax under the stars.

The Artistree House A Treehouse in Rising Fawn

The Artistree House on Lookout Mountain is a brand new luxury treehouse with panoramic views and a spectacular sunset. This is a place to relax, unwind and get inspired. It features reclaimed wood from a furniture store that was over 100 years old such as the heart pine floors, hand crafted bed and ladder to the loft bedroom. The antique oak door with original doorbell, was taken from an 1890’s farmhouse out of Macon, GA.
