The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: AC and heater, hot water, washing machine, kitchenette, bed linen, towels, etc. There is an access to the roof with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Good choice for people who are interested in water sports.

the rooftop is in one of the most beautiful area's in dahab by the beach it is surrounded by palms and greens still you have the Seaview from front and the mountains view from the kitchen window it's very cozy and warm neighbourhood so you are 30sec away from the sea next to Seaduction restaurant and 2 min away from the markets phrarmacy and shops the rooftop is new and when it's windy you can watch the kitesurfers playing in the sea it is an awesome experience!!!!

Please take a note according to the Egyptian government law MIXED GENDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to stay in one apartment unless they are family members and have documented proof. (although you can still book 2 separate apartments next to each other)
