This beautiful apartment is suitable for a couple with 2 children. HSC is a secluded homestay in Southern Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Carolina del Mar is your cozy & private beach house escape, with a warm rustic vibe, located in the quiet little town of Samboan. Our villa is a few steps in front of the white sand beach with shady canopy of leafy trees that provide a nice cozy area for lounging. Our villa is furnished, airconditioned & with modern bathrooms, 2 units having heated showers. The place comes with a kitchenette & access to Hi-speed Wi-Fi. Guests have easy access to everything from this centrally located room. Located beachfront, the newly refurbished room is first floor elevated position with a large balcony terraced area directly overlooking the sea /beach area for sardine run and turtles. The building is a large Beachhouse with just two separate accomodation. This beachfront room has two queen beds and private bathroom. Downstairs is our own relaxing resto bar for meals and drinks either dine in or room service

A security guard is in the premises 24/7. Each room has a water dispenser. And great wifi.
