Relax in the forest is this amazing 4bd/2.5ba cottage. Only minutes to the Ramsey Point boat ramp, this is your base for your Lake Cumberland vacation. Bring your boat; ample parking onsite. Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepit outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Obey River House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The top Floor of our home on the Obey river overlooking Celina. Just a few miles from the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow Dam and Lake. Grocery store and places to eat within a mile. Secluded location, super cozy and peaceful. This is our second home that we are sharing with others, we are updating and renovating little by little as we can. We asked that you please treat this place well because we do live here part time. When you arrive to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and cheerfully remodeled 1440 sq ft house (summer 2024) with a wall of sliding doors to the large 16' X 30' lakeside covered decks on both floors provide a close-up panoramic view of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake from the inside and the outside. All bookings require Copies of Drivers Licenses for all adult guests staying in the property, a signed Rental Agreement and $500 Security Deposit "HOLD" placed on your credit card after booking.

On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
