Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Google Dallas Center to see all this Quietly Progressive town offers.

Small Town Charmer

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Located 1 mile from Interstate 80 in the town of De Soto, a quiet community within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, Stuart, and Adel. West Des Moines and Des Moines are 20-25 minutes. Sleeping arrangements: Upper level: Two bedrooms, 1 king bed & 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom Main level: 1 bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 bathroom with tub *Queen sized air mattress available

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

This home is perfect for the Cycling Enthusiast, a couple, family or small group of friends. This fully furnished cozy 2 bedroom home is sure to please. Located 1 block from the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail (75 mile paved loop), 15 minutes from I-80 and 30/40 minutes from the State's Capital City of Des Moines, Minburn is the "Small Town with a Big Heart". There are two City Parks, an outdoor historical roller skating rink & 2 Rest/Bars.
