Our brand new wee hideaway shepherds hut is located in the Scottish Highlands surrounded by mountains and the most stunning scenery. Insulated for all year round use this cosy traditional hut is located on a traditional working Scottish croft with Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, geese and peacocks. The hut is situated in a zero light pollution area with perfect views of Ben Cruachan and Ben a'Chocuill This is a brand new hut for 2020 and we will keep uploading photos.

The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

The area has zero light pollution and gives guests the opportunity to get away from their busy lives and relish the local wildlife and tranquil views. Well behaved dogs are always welcome
