⭐️⭐️Comfortable & spacious Home, Coniston centre⭐️⭐️

Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Rattlebeck Farm Cottage & Hot Tub *Pet Friendly*

Rattlebeck Farm is a traditional & cosy cottage, with modern decor & facilities. The Cottage boats a private patio with hot tub & incredible views, 55" Smart TV, Log Burning Stove, kitchen & dining area, 2 double bedrooms with Smart TVs (1 ensuite), & a main bathroom. Located just outside the chaos of the Lake District honeypot towns, we are just 5 mins from Caldbeck in the Lake District, 20 mins from Keswick & Derwentwater, 30 mins from the Solway Coast & 20 mins from the City of Carlisle.

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Switch off, relax & unwind in quiet Bassenthwaite village with stream nestled in a peaceful valley between the lake & mighty Skiddaw mountain. 15 mins from popular market town Keswick - enjoy chunky wood beams, mountain views, our ducks & chickens, Sun Inn pub 2 mins walk away (booking required), walks for all abilities (many from the door). If you want the quieter lakes & villages or the busier locations, all within easy reach! Fibre broadband. Checkout at 12 on Sundays after a weekend.

West View Beach House - Cumbrian Coast

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families & furry friends (pets). It is a peaceful quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside. - Bedding is provided. - Additional Charges apply for pets. A fab dog-friendly upside down house with amazing views of the lake district fells. A great open plan house for chilling or catching up with friends and family. 3 comfortable bedrooms, two additional sleeping areas (a day bed and a sofa bed). Great for walking and outdoor adventures, and 20 minutes drive from the sea. Easy linked to the beautiful gem town of Cockermouth, cultural Keswick, and bustling Carlisle as we are just off the main A road.
