Mill House Retreat

The Mill House Retreat is a 2 story loft set in a park like setting next to the Sugar River. Built in 1864, this stone grist mill has soaring 15ft ceilings, original fittings and luxurious finishes. You will be greeted by chesterfield sofas, a large bar, a copper tub and comfortable beds. Just minutes to bike trails, live music, restaurants, and bars. Guests are welcome to have local friends over to enjoy the setting and reminisce. Madison, New Glarus and Epic are just minutes away.

Centrally located just 15 minutes to the airport, 17 mins to downtown Madison, 45 minutes to Devil’s Lake, an hour to Milwaukee. Be at home on the patio with a drink in hand while watching the fire table and cooking on the Weber gas grill. Lakeview Loft - Downtown Madison

Stay in the heart of Madison, enjoying exclusive access to our 3rd floor suite with lake views. Located on a quiet street along the Lake Loop bike path/Lake Monona, and close to Willy Street (0.3 mi), the Sylvee (1.1 mi), the Capitol (1.7 mi), Monona Terrace (1.6 mi), and Camp Randall (3.3 mi). Self check-in with keypad and ample parking. Wifi is over 500 Mbps download/upload speeds. #ZTRHP1-2022-00022 Note: Loft is accessed by 3 flights of stairs! Space has coffee bar only (no kitchen).

The little Green Birdhouse-McFarland/Monona

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. Open concept kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, paddle board, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Entire first floor of a two story condo. Each floor has it's own private locked entrance. What you see in the pictures is all your space, NO SHARED SPACE. Great Downtown location. Grocery/Liquor store next door. 1 block from Sylvee (holds events/concerts), restaurants, Breeze Field (Holds events/concerts). 5 Blocks from the Capital/State Street/Overture Center/Orpheum Theatre/Majestic Theatre/Kohl Center/Monona Terrace Roof Top/Live on King St/Monona Terrace Convention Center.

Quiet / peaceful / positive vibes place perfect for a couple but can do one more (twin-size floor mattress / PacknPlay). *NOTE: Must pre-approve pets with initial booking & only booked guests allowed - this is how we feel most safe hosting in our home. No smokers (of any kind) here. Strict quiet hours. My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet sunny lower-level space with you - she built it herself! We live upstairs with our adorable rescue dogs + old aloof cat Tanner.
