The road to the house is well-maintained in winter, stay by the river while visiting Winterplace to ski. Winter is a great season for birdwatchers and stargazers.

Nestled in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park you will find our luxury glamping dome. A couple's retreat designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your special partner. This property can only accomodate a maximum of 2 guests and may not be appropriate or safe for children. No Pets permitted, see rules.

This modest two bedroom, one bath home is in a prime location to facilitate all of West Virginia's outdoor recreational opportunities. From the camp, you can drop a line in the water, swim with the kids, kayak with friends, or read a book in the hammock. It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

Great home in a great neighborhood close to Winterplace Ski Resort, Glade Springs Resort, Pipestem State Park to name a few local attractions. Also a short drive to White Water Rafting & Hatfield Mcoy Trails 2 parking spaces 2 full size couches 2 bunk beds & king available . WiFi & SmartTV. All linens & cookware provided, including coffee pot, coffee for your use and a few quick breakfast items. Back yard has a private sitting area with fire pit and small grill. Fire logs provided.

We are just 20 minutes from winter place, 30 minutes from the new river gorge and four minutes from Raleigh General hospital. Ideal place for skiers, rafters, or travel nurses. Inside has been newly renovated and includes 2br with queen beds, 1 full bath with onsite laundry and off street parking (until weather permits for driveway to be poured.)
