The house is located on the banks of the Zeta River, within a park, offering a beautiful view of the bridge across the road. The beach is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Rest and recreation facilities, including deckchairs, kayaks, a table tennis table and exercise equipment, are available free of charge. Additional two people can stay in the living room.
