Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo. 1) Check-in di mattina Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome è Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che è sempre disponibile a casa. Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Agli Ospiti è sempre concessa la possibilità di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS CHECK-IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees. In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggages and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night. Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival. 1) Morning check-in At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home. The porter Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 01,00pm. Guests can also push the n.7 button of intercom: there’s always someone at home waiting for them. Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber, skype, messenger, whatsapp. The apartment is around the corner from the grand boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.

The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
