My apartment (69 sqm)is located in the heart of Chania at a safe area. It only takes about five minutes to reach the city center,the old town or the beach on foot and the apartment is on the second floor with lift. This charming apartment has two private balconies with a magnificent view, equipped with outside tables so you can enjoy your meals with a view.There are two beds and a sofa which is easily expandable to two a bed, so the apartment is perfect for couples or families with children.

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά παράλληλα μόλις 1,7 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η παραλία Nea Chora βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,2 χιλιομέτρων. CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.
